Ike’s Bytes Ep8: Fall Finesse with Caz Anderson

On this week’s Ike’s Bytes, presented by Berkley Labs, Mike sits down with Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit standout Caz Anderson. Growing up on the gin-clear highland impoundments of western North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains, Caz has been guiding since he was 15 and dialing in ultra-precise finesse tactics his entire life.

In This Episode:

• Why Fall Finesse Gets Overlooked: Why slowing down puts more fish in the boat when everyone else is power-fishing transition banks.
• Tracking Fall Migrations: How cooling water shifts bass behavior, where they stage, and how to stay on active schools.
• Presentations That Win: The exact rigs, soft plastics, and presentations that consistently produce right now.
• Clear-Water Principles: High-pressure, high-clarity tactics from mountain reservoirs that work on any fishery nationwide.
• Pro-Level Setups: Caz’s rod, reel, line, and terminal tackle configurations built to handle tough tournament conditions.
• The High-Pressure Mindset: How to adjust your retrieve and cadence when fish refuse standard reaction baits.
